The Lead Data Partner (with their team) is the proactive force turning data into decisive action: anticipating insight needs, surfacing growth opportunities, influencing and enabling our teams to think sharper, move faster, and deliver greater impact. With hundreds of thousands of daily active users and a few thousand new products available each week, data plays a pivotal role in shaping our future.

Support IVR and chat self-service platforms through robust data visualization, analysis, and reporting. Serve as the go-to expert for interpreting complex datasets, identifying process gaps, and delivering actionable insights that improve customer experience and system performance. Manage cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and CX stakeholders. Bring strong analytical thinking, data storytelling ability, and comfort presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will apply your knowledge to all aspects of the software development lifecycle and partner with stakeholders to stay focused on business goals. You'll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment, encouraging diversity of thought and creative solutions. You will also manage end-to-end project & Business Analyst functions and Product management functions.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for creating and driving the vision for leveraging data, building structures and processes, and product development. This leader will craft and influence data culture and practices while overseeing the technical infrastructure and product development that enables us to scale our programs and impact. The Head of Data & Technology will lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers.

Play a key role in enabling and supporting everyone at Monzo to keep customers at the heart of our product by doing user research effectively and safely. Drive training for non-researchers who are starting out on doing research themselves, supporting them to feel confident in their approach. Onboard new researchers into research processes and optimize the research tool stack. Champion innovation and experimentation to keep the research team on the forefront of changes in the industry.
